· We welcome the opportunity to make your cat stay as comfortable as possible.

· Feel free to bring his/her clean washed favourite blanket or toys.

· We strongly recommend bringing adequate supply of your cat’s own food or favourite treats so that they have an easier time adjusting to their new temporary home.

· Please note, we will do our best to make sure that all items are well taken care of, however we are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.

· If your cat has any special dietary needs, please make sure you let us know during the admission and in the form.

· If your cat requires medication administration, or any special treatment while boarding, please make sure we have the original instructions from your veterinarian.

· We also need all medications and supplies to be sent along with your cat.

· If your cat eats a special or prescription diet, please bring enough of this food to last for the duration of his/her stay. If we have to order a prescription diet or dispense one from the vet supply, you will be charged for an entire bag/box.

· Please let us know if your cat only eats wet food. We will ONLY accept wet foods in small packets. Canned foods are not recommended as we do not keep half-opened wet foods. Any half-opened or unfinished wet foods will be discarded.
